Our Semi-Private Program was designed for those who wish to work with a trainer but prefer the motivation and camaraderie of the Group Fitness dynamic. In a group of up to three, each member will have their own individually tailored program to follow that is designed to fit the specific goals and needs of that person. We keep the groups small to allow the trainer to provide each with proper coaching and instruction.
We always try to match people with similar fitness levels and age, so you can move towards your goals together and cohesively. Working in a small group setting is a great way to stay motivated, push yourself harder, and stay accountable. Whether you want to create your own workout group of friends or make some new ones, our Semi-Private Program is a great way to stretch your limits and transform your body.
